Changed your mind?

If you change your mind and would like to return your order you may do so if the product has not been opened. You will need to return it to us using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class so that is insured for damage in transit.

As long as it arrives back with us in the condition we sent it we shall refund the non-shipping part of your payment. We cannot refund the initial shipping costs as we do not receive a refund for this.

Refunds will be processed via the same method the initial payment was made.

Faulty or damaged items

We hand pour all of our wax melts and package them in house with lots of love and care so we are sure your order will arrive in excellent condition.

If for any reason your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us using within 3 days to let us know. Include your order number, the fault of the product and photo evidence so we can raise a claim with Royal Mail.

If we require you to return the product we will reimburse your postage costs.
